About Us

Dramco Tooling CC, better known as DRAMCO, is a SME manufacturing concern in the Western Cape.

Dramco was established in 1988 by Kevin Dramat and two other toolmakers.

This now long standing operation started from humble beginnings in a double garage at the Dramat residence. Soon the company out grew its premises and went to a 600sq m rented premises. The company has since outgrown its rented premises and late 2015 relocated to its own premises in Blackheath Industria.

Dramco started off in the automotive industry where it produced press tools and moulds for companies such as GUD Filters, TRW and Cape Heat Exchange and has since branched off into a host of industries such as agriculture, medical, electrical, shop display, packaging, shopping trolley manufacturers, sanitary ware, baking industry and educational sectors to name a few. Almost all our employees have been with our company for over 10 years.
We specialise in the design and manufacture of basic and progression tooling for metal components aswell as injection moulds for plastic components.

Manufacturing is done to the exacting standards required by the motoring industry and that of the customer.
